I was about to return the item because it asked for a update for the system I did that then another update appeared again and again I had update the system several times and finally it was done. (That was my major con for the device)The battery life it’s not draining drastically it just could be better.Next up the appearance gives me almost a nostalgia feeling like the flip phones back in days but it’s not that kind of flip phone. Overall the phone is very smooth and will slip so get protection case that covers the hinge as well unless you brought the asurion protection plan cause anyone who knows how to make glass can make basic glass but foldable glass is gonna be pricey like any other device. The phone is (Like New) that’s what carriers call them even though it means used, point is it didn’t have a scratch or anything on the one I got. It came with Sim ejector pin, charger cable and a random wall outlet plug. The price is pretty good I paid 495 for it which is not bad cause a new one at Best Buy is 700 and Carriers will charge more.Overall I’m happy with my device my case is on its way and I’m buying insurance for it tomorrow.Rating 2 stars for now. I may improve it if my refund is proccessed as promised in a timely manner. Phone arrived with bad pixels, an easy thing to check with basic quality control. Also, unlike other amazon products, the consumer is forced to pay return shipping.UPDATE: the second phone I received was undamaged but I found my Verizon account suspended shortly after inserting my SIM card. Seller had sent a phone the was blacklisted for fraud. The seller was able to confirm this within two minutes of me inquiring. Why send a product that would not be usable? I spent 2 hours of my day figuring this out and getting my account unsuspected. IMEI of the 3rd phone they sent was clean so I am good to go for now. I will be calling Verizon to make sure this one isn't on any list of theirs. Amazon needs to improve the process for this Re-Cell program. They should commit to selling phones without defects, both physical or financial.Buy a case. The phone is slick and you will drop it.This phone does everything I expected. It's larger than my S10+ when opened but folds up nicely for in my pocket. If you want lightweight then it's NOT the phone you want.I read Kindle books on my phone every day and the fold in the screen really doesn't impact the quality of the display.Battery life is not the best. With moderate use I can make it all day but it will be below 10% by evening.I doubt we will ever see a flip phone the size of the old Star Tac but this is a step in the right direction away from the tablet size that new phones are approaching.Excellent condition and works flawlessly.I like it, I'm using for workso far so good.phone came without the internal screen protector, but besides that it is like new.battery life is fine for me, just like my galaxy s9+... maybe slightly less.... no complaints though.I waited for this phone to come in with a big smile and when I tried to take a picture, the camera didn't work. Seller or Amazon should inspect and test this type of items before selling them. Very disappointed and I am returning the phone as soon as possible.i purchased the phone cause why not its a great deal! got the phone went to call to get it activated and previous owner had a balance on the device so want able to do anything with it(locked cause phone is now in collections) u would think they would check that before posting online to sell it
