This is brand new IMO. Had protectors front & back, & not a scratch. Phenominal phone. Replaced an existing phone with my carrier, & had it done in minutes. Popped the old sim card & installed in this one. Crystal screen display. The best part is if you have windows 11, you can pair this phone (& many other Samsung) with your laptop which allows you to check messages, text, calls & everything else with the laptop instead of getting the phone. You can even transfer files & pictures with no dangle cord. The win program is called phone link. You can look on Youtube to download win 11 for free. My Dell is 13 years old & it worked even though they say you can't. So many sites are now wanting to send a text # to log in, & now you can do it from the laptop. You can even send text messages from the laptop through the phone as if you were using the phone. I'm 67 so if I can do it, so can you. Love it!!!!!! Thanks PS. I am on Tmobile.
