Giving 5 stars even though I have a couple of minor issues or things I don't like. For a refurbished watch it absolutely deserves 5 stars for condition, packaging, and quick shipping.. oh and 50% savings off price for a new model.I needed a new smartwatch as my previous brand watch died a dramatic and sudden death after only 18months - with no warning. I had wanted to try a Samsung watch so this was my chance even though I wasn't thrilled about a high price, unexpected replacement. Then I found this refurbished Galaxy 5. For the price it was an easy decision. I was a little worried as its a completely different brand than what I have used for years and years, and I know there is always a chance on a refurbished model of anything.This was well worth the chance. The watch is in perfect condition and how nice is it to be able to look for apps and watch faces on google play instead of previous 'brand specific' site that seemed limited. I also feel the accuracy is better on this one, although I wish it would soften how bad I sleep, lol.The only issues I have with this watch are not deal breakers and just minor things. The first is the same with all and just a watch band issue - I despise silicone bands, but that was an easy fix. I do like the spring loaded fastener as it's a lot more secure than magnetic with previous brand.I also did not catch that the chargers that come with this are a C connector without a plug adapter. Had mild stress while spending a lot of time setting up and exploring and watching battery life drain, and then finally realized I could plug it into my computer. Easy solution and there are also inexpensive adapters on Amazon for USB connection. I did get 2 chargers in my box but one of them is apparently dead. Do I really need 2 though? no, I can live with one and did not contact the seller as its not a huge issue. I also bought a different charger that attaches to my keyring for on the go charging needs - if needed.Battery life is ok, but I don't usually have power saving on and its a long standing habit to charge daily. Could I go up to 3 days? maybe, but after 1 day I am usually at 50 or 60%. That seems fairly on par with my previous watch.This was well worth the chance to change brands and get a refurbished.
