The only thing I dislike was the band. But I changed it to a leather one and am loving itPurchases refurbished as my last one was stolen and figured I could get a good deal. Price was better than expected and shipping was Amazon fast.I've always been an Android guy, so connecting with my S20 5G was beyond simple. It gets great coverage/connectivity to my phone (and I live in an older house with plaster walls) and battery life isn't the best around, but the charge time is quick with a fast charge base.Mostly pleased so far. I'm a techie so I like the fact that this smartwatch packs a lot of features and is upgradeable with apps, etc. I'm a long time Fitbit user (last one was Versa 3) but I switched to the Samsung line because of additional capability and a much wider app marketplace.I knocked off a star because battery life is disappointing at maybe 2 days max (I don't enable power hungry features like always on display or wifi) but I get that this watch is doing a lot of things in a very small package, so that's going to result in some tradeoffs.One of these days device energy efficiency will be good enough that these devices will just extract energy from the ambient environment (light, wifi signal, even E-M radiated from AC mains) and be self-charging. Until then I guess we're tethered to our chargers.It's not that I hate my watch it's that I cannot use it the way intended a lot of you get this just to wear .. I actually use mines to track me and it's either it gets over heated or after being on the charger for 6 plus hours I get maybe 6 hours of play time between over heating and the battery draining so fast ionknowboutthisone ...I have a fitbit versa 3 that in my opinion destroys the galaxy watch with battery and function it's stays charged for 4 days compared to the galaxy 4 to 6 hours and the fitness tracker is a plus too but seriously this is a huge disappointment!All in, it's a very nice smartwatch but I gave$160This watch is an upgrade from the fossil gen 5. It is very good so far and already with the new wear os update.Watch arrived by Fedex 1 day earlier than expected. Came in a phone box with everything I need including the charger, watch, and band. No directions for use but I had downloaded the Samsung wearable app and the set up was super easy. The face of the watch still had the plastic covering on it...brand new! So so happy with this purchase, the seller and the watch itself. Im so happy i saved so much money buying it through the Amazon Renewed site!!!Great watch!
