I recently purchased this refurbished Samsung Galaxy A13 and was extremely disappointed to find that the microphone doesn't work at all, rendering the phone practically useless. I attempted all suggested fixes—checking for obstructions, updating software, giving apps permissions, and even performing a factory reset—but nothing resolved the issue. This raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of the refurbishment process, as a faulty microphone is a basic issue that should have been detected. After investing time in setting up my apps and personalising the phone, discovering this significant defect has led to a highly unsatisfactory customer experience. Now, I have to endure the frustrating process of clearing my data, returning the phone and waiting for a new one, which is especially inconvenient as I need a functioning device. I would not recommend this to anyone.
