My wife is notorious for leaving her phone in places it shouldn't be sitting ie: near the stove, bathroom sink, Kitchen sink, edge of tub, dropped down in her purse with all the other stuff(not sure what) I bought her this case specifically because the screen protector is built in but does not detract from the screen itself. We also have a 9 and 4 year old who like to play her phone(and mine).This is a great case and the price on Amazon is much cheaper. I have heard stories of people getting 'fake' ones but this one came in the original Otter box case. I made sure I bought one that was 'fulfilled by Amazon' instead of shipped from Hong Kong or somewhere else. It was about 2 or 3 dollars more but well worth it!!Edit: The pink outer skin had started to pull away from the protective case inside. I contacted Otter Box directly, sent a few pictures and they sent me a replacement out quickly!!! What a great company!!! I also have an Otter Box defender case on my IPhone 4S and it has been great too!
