My dad doesn't need blazing fast performance or super high definition videos.Transferring from my dad's older Samsung phone was very straightforwards. I was quite pleasantly surprised by how well the set up process did in terms of transferring my dad's data, contacts, and accounts from his old phone to this new one.The phone has all of the features that my dad needs. He watches the occasional YouTube video. He uses Facebook Messenger for keeping in touch with family and friends. He listens to Spotify. He makes and receives calls. He uses a variety of banking apps too.Overall, dad was very pleased.About three months later, my mum decided that she wanted to upgrade her phone too. She had seen the larger screen on my dad's phone and decided that she wanted one. So, I bought one for her here on Amazon as well. My mum does actually use her phone for more tasks - including using WhatsApp to do a lot of video calls with friends and family. But even with her increased use of the phone, she is very happy too.So, I have bought TWO of these phones in the last four or so months. Both of my parents are very happy - which of course makes me happy. This A54 is a great phone and at what I think is a very good price.
